4. Instrucións de montaxe

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your ELEMARA 24V 2-Seater Ride-On Toy. It is recommended to have two adults for assembly.

Montaxe paso a paso:

1. Assemble the Front Face and Bumper: Attach the front face (Q) and bumper (I) components using M4*3mm screws. Ensure proper alignment.
2. Assemble the Locomotive Head: Raise the front of the vehicle for easier installation. Secure the assembled front face to the vehicle body using M4*6mm screws. Connect the wiring for the headlights.
3. Assemble the Engine Hood: Place the engine hood (I) onto the front of the vehicle. Secure it with M4*2mm screws.
4. Assemble the Front Support: Attach the front support bar (R) to the underside of the vehicle using M4*4mm flathead screws and nuts.
5. Assemble the Front Wheels: Attach the front wheels (A) to the axles, securing them with washers and caps (B).
6. Fixed Shock Absorber Spring: Install the shock absorber springs (J) to the rear of the vehicle, ensuring they are correctly aligned with the support bar (N). Secure with pins and washers.
7. Assemble the Rear Wheels: Attach the rear wheels (A) to the rear axles, securing them with washers and caps (B). Connect the motor wiring.
8. Assemble the Steering Wheel: Remove pre-installed screws from the steering wheel (D). Align the steering wheel with the steering column and secure it with screws. Install AA batteries into the steering wheel for horn and music functions.
9. Assemble the Front Windshield Frame: Insert the front windshield frame (E) into the designated slots on the vehicle body.
10. Assemble the Seat: Connect any loose wiring under the seat area. Place the seats (G) into the vehicle, ensuring they click securely into place.
11. Assemble the Armrest and Radium Spotlight: Insert the armrests (O) into the body holes, paying attention to left and right distinction. Install AA batteries into the radium spotlight (F) and then insert it into the hole of the rear armrest.
12. Assemble the Rear Taillights: Insert the rear taillights (C) into the vehicle body, ensuring correct left and right placement.
