1. Introdución

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient use of your DOOGEE U12 Tablet. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device and retain it for future reference.

The DOOGEE U12 is a 12-inch tablet featuring Android 16, a Unisoc T7255 Octa-Core processor, 24GB RAM, 128GB ROM (expandable up to 2TB), a 2000x1200 FHD+IPS display with 90Hz refresh rate, a 9000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, 13MP rear and 8MP front cameras, Wi-Fi 5, Gemini AI integration, Widevine L1 support, Face ID, and GPS capabilities. 4. Configuración

4.1 Acendido e carga iniciais

1. Carga a tableta: Before first use, connect the tablet to the charger using the provided USB Type-C cable. Ensure the tablet is fully charged for optimal battery performance. The 9000mAh battery supports 18W fast charging.
2. Encendido: Mantén premido o botón de acendido e apagado situado no lateral da tableta ata que apareza o logotipo de DOOGEE na pantalla.
3. Asistente de configuración inicial: Segue as instrucións en pantalla para seleccionar o teu idioma, conectarte a unha rede wifi e configurar a túa conta de Google.

4.2 Conexión de rede

• Wi-Fi: Ir a Configuración > Rede e Internet > Wi-Fi. Turn on Wi-Fi and select your desired network. Enter the password if prompted. The tablet supports Wi-Fi 5 (2.4G/5G).
• Datos móbiles (se corresponde): Insert a SIM card into the designated slot (if available on your model) and configure mobile data settings via Configuración > Rede e Internet > Rede móbil. This model supports 5G connectivity.

5.3 Face ID

To set up Face ID, go to Configuración > Seguridade e privacidade > Desbloqueo facial. Follow the on-screen prompts to register your face. Face ID allows for quick and secure unlocking of your device.

5.4 Soporte Widevine L1

The tablet supports Widevine L1, enabling high-definition streaming from platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu.

5.5 Multitasking with Split Screen

To use split screen, open an app, then swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold to access the recent apps menu. Tap the app icon at the top of the app's card and select "Split screen." Choose a second app to open alongside the first.

6. Mantemento

6.1 Limpeza da tableta

• Usa un pano suave e sen fiapos para limpar a pantalla e o corpo da tableta.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or aerosol sprays directly on the tablet.
• Para manchas difíciles, lixeiramente dampEnxágüe o pano con auga ou unha solución de limpeza específica para pantallas.

6.2 Coidado coa batería

• Evita expoñer a tableta a temperaturas extremas (calor ou frío), xa que isto pode prexudicar a duración da batería.
• Non deixes a tableta completamente cargada ou completamente descargada durante períodos prolongados.
• Use only the original charger and cable provided with the tablet.

6.3 Actualizacións de software

Comprobe e instale actualizacións de software regularmente para garantir un rendemento, unha seguridade e un acceso óptimos a novas funcións. Vaia a Configuración > Sistema > Actualización do sistema.

7 Solución de problemas

• A tableta non se acende: Ensure the tablet is charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
• A pantalla non responde: Restart the tablet by holding the power button until the power options appear, then select "Restart." If the screen is completely unresponsive, force a restart by holding the power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds).
• Problemas de conexión wifi: Comproba se o Wi-Fi está activado na configuración. Reinicia o enrutador e a tableta. Esquécete da rede e volve conectar.
• As aplicacións fallan ou conxélanse: Limpar a caché da aplicación problemática (Configuración > Aplicacións > [Nome da aplicación] > Almacenamento e caché > Borrar caché). Se o problema persiste, tenta reinstalar a aplicación.
• Rendemento lento: Close unnecessary background apps. Clear cached data. Consider performing a factory reset as a last resort (back up your data first).
