3. Configuración

Desembalaxe:

1. Retire con coidado o deshumidificador da súa embalaxe.

• Place the dehumidifier in a room where humidity control is desired.
• Ensure the unit is placed on a firm, level surface that can support its weight when the water tank is full.
• For optimal performance, ensure there is at least 8 inches (20 cm) of space on all sides of the unit to allow for proper air circulation.

Acendido inicial:

1. After placing the unit, allow it to stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle.

The dehumidifier features an intuitive control panel for easy operation.

• Botón do temporizador: Set the 24-hour timer for automatic ON/OFF operation.
• Botón de balance: Activates or deactivates the auto swing function of the air outlet louvers (30-90° range).
• Visualización: Shows the current room humidity or timer settings.
• Power Full Indicator: Lights up when the water tank is full or improperly installed.

Modos de funcionamento:

• Modo automático: The unit automatically adjusts its operation based on the ambient humidity to maintain the set level.
• Modo continuo: The unit will continuously dehumidify regardless of the ambient humidity level. This mode is useful for very damp condicións.

Funcións especiais:

• Desconxelación automática: If frost builds up on the evaporator coils, the unit will automatically enter defrost mode to melt the frost. Dehumidification will resume once defrosting is complete.
• Auto Memory Restart: In case of a power interruption, the dehumidifier will automatically restart with the last used settings once power is restored.

5. Opcións de drenaxe

The Waykar dehumidifier offers two methods for water removal: manual emptying of the water tank or continuous drainage via a hose.

Drenaxe manual (depósito de auga):

1. When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off, and the "Power Full" indicator will illuminate.

4. Replace the empty water tank firmly back into the unit. Ensure it is correctly seated to resume operation.

Continuous Drainage (Hose):

1. Locate the continuous drain outlet on the back of the dehumidifier.

3. Connect the included 3.3 ft drain hose to the outlet. Ensure the connection is secure and the drain valve is fully tightened to prevent leaks.
4. Route the hose to a suitable drain (e.g., floor drain, large bucket) ensuring it is sloped downwards to allow gravity to drain the water. Do not allow the hose to kink or be elevated above the drain outlet.
5. The unit will now continuously drain water, bypassing the internal tank.

6. Mantemento

Limpeza do filtro de aire:

The reusable and washable air filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.

1. Desconecte o deshumidificador da toma de corrente.
2. Retire o filtro de aire da parte traseira da unidade.
3. Rinse the filter under running tap water (not hot water) or use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris.
4. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling it. Do not expose to direct sunlight or high heat.
5. Volva instalar o filtro seco na unidade.

Limpeza do depósito de auga:

Limpa o depósito de auga periodicamente para evitar a aparición de mofo e fungos.

3. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before placing it back into the dehumidifier.

Almacenamento a longo prazo:

3. Allow the unit to dry for at least 24 hours in a well-ventilated area to prevent mold growth.
4. Wrap the power cord and secure it.
