Configuración

Before first use, and after each use, ensure the urn is properly cleaned. Refer to the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section for detailed instructions.

Instrucións de funcionamento

Follow these steps to brew coffee with your FOHERE Commercial Coffee Urn:

1. Engadir auga: Pour cold, fresh water into the urn. Use the water level viewing window on the side to ensure you do not exceed the maximum fill line (15L).
2. Engadir pos de café: Place the desired amount of ground coffee into the permanent stainless steel filter basket. For best results, use coarse to medium-coarse grounds. Do not overfill the filter basket.
3. Tapa segura: Place the lid securely on the urn.
4. Conectar e acender: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Flip the On/Off switch to the 'On' position. The red 'Heating' indicator light will illuminate.
5. Proceso de elaboración: The urn will begin heating the water and brewing the coffee. The brewing process for 15 liters can take approximately 60 minutes.

Mantemento e Limpeza

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your coffee urn.

Drain the solution and rinse the urn thoroughly several times with fresh water to remove any vinegar odor.
