Desembalaxe

Montaxe do Eixo

1. Connect the main engine shaft to the desired extension pole (if using). Ensure the connection is secure and the locking pin engages properly.

This multi-tool uses a 2-stroke engine and requires a specific fuel mixture. Always use unleaded gasoline mixed with 2-stroke engine oil at a 40:1 ratio (40 parts gasoline to 1 part oil).

• Ensure the string trimmer head is properly loaded with cutting line.
• Wear protective gear, especially a face shield, to guard against thrown debris.
• Hold the tool at a comfortable angle, keeping the trimmer head parallel to the ground.
• Use a gentle sweeping motion to cut grass. Avoid hitting hard surfaces or objects.
• To advance the cutting line, tap the trimmer head lightly on the ground while the engine is running at full throttle.

The brush cutter is designed for heavier vegetation, thick weeds, and small brush.

• Select the appropriate blade: the 3T blade for thinner vines and weeds, and the 40T blade for thicker brush and small saplings.
• Ensure the blade is securely attached and the guard is in place.
• Always wear heavy-duty gloves, a face shield, and ear protection.
• Use a controlled, sweeping motion. Avoid forcing the blade through dense material.
• Be aware of kickback, especially when cutting thicker brush.

Using the Pole Saw Attachment

The pole saw allows you to trim high branches without using a ladder.

• Ensure the chain is properly tensioned and lubricated with bar and chain oil.
• Always wear a helmet, face shield, and ear protection.
• Stand on a stable surface and maintain good balance.
• Make sure no one is standing directly below the branch you are cutting.
• Make an undercut first to prevent bark stripping, then complete the cut from the top.
• Do not attempt to cut branches that are too thick or heavy for the pole saw.
