2. Setup and Fit Adjustment
2.1 Head Measurement
To ensure the correct helmet size, measure the circumference of the wearer's head.
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the widest part of the head, approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above the eyebrows and ears.
- Keep the tape level from front to back.
- Note the measurement and compare it to the helmet's sizing chart (if available) or the "Universal Youth" sizing.

2.2 Roc Loc Sport MIPS Fit System Adjustment
The Roc Loc Sport MIPS system allows for easy and precise adjustment of the helmet's fit.
- Place the helmet on the head.
- Turn the dial at the rear of the helmet clockwise to tighten the fit system, or counter-clockwise to loosen it.
- Adjust until the helmet feels snug and secure without being uncomfortably tight. The helmet should not move excessively when the head is shaken.
