This device is designed to enhance your cycling and outdoor adventures with seamless communication, hands-free calls, and high-quality audio, all while maintaining awareness of your surroundings. Its open-ear design ensures safety by not blocking ambient sounds.

3. Configuración

3.1. Instalación

The BH03 features a helmet-specific clip-on mount for quick and secure attachment to various helmet types. Follow these steps:

1. Identify a suitable location on your helmet strap, typically on the side near your ear.
2. Slide the helmet strap through the clip-on mount until it is securely fastened.
3. Attach the BH03 main unit to the mounted clip. Ensure it clicks into place.
4. Adjust the microphone arm for optimal positioning near your mouth.

3.2. Emparejamento Inicial

To connect your BH03 to a Bluetooth device (smartphone, GPS, cycle computer):

1. Ensure the BH03 is powered off.
2. Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. No teu dispositivo Bluetooth, activa o Bluetooth e busca os dispositivos dispoñibles.
4. Select "J-TREK BH03" from the list of found devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator on the BH03 will flash blue slowly.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

4.1. Acendido/apagado

• Encendido: Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up blue.
• Apagado: Manteña premido o botón de acendido durante aproximadamente 5 segundos ata que o indicador LED se apague.

4.2. Chamadas telefónicas

• Responder chamada: Prema brevemente o botón de acendido.
• Finalizar a chamada: Short press the power button during a call.
• Rexeitar a chamada: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds when a call comes in.
• Volver a marcar o último número: Prema dúas veces o botón de acendido/apagado.

4.3. Reprodución de música

• Reproducir/Pausa: Prema brevemente o botón de acendido.
• Próxima pista: Prema brevemente o botón Subir volume.
• Pista anterior: Prema brevemente o botón para baixar o volume.
• Axuste de volume: Long press the Volume Up or Volume Down button.

4.4. Función de intercomunicador

The BH03 supports group communication for up to 8 riders. To initiate or join an intercom group:

1. Ensure all BH03 units are paired with each other or in a group pairing mode (refer to the detailed pairing instructions in the full user guide for multi-unit pairing).
2. Once connected, communication is typically initiated by a short press of the intercom button (if available) or automatically when in range.
3. The DSP and CVC noise cancellation will ensure clear voice transmission up to 1000m.

4.5. Control de aplicacións

The J-TREK BH03 can be controlled and updated via a dedicated smartphone application. This app allows for advanced settings, intuitive operation, and Over-The-Air (OTA) updates.

• Download the official J-TREK app from your smartphone's app store.
• Connect your BH03 to the app via Bluetooth.
• Use the app for easy configuration, checking battery status, and managing group talk settings.

5. Mantemento

5.1. Cargando

The BH03 is equipped with a long-lasting battery and supports fast charging.

• Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the BH03 and to a compatible USB power source.
• Unha carga completa leva aproximadamente 60 minutos.
• A fully charged unit provides up to 14 hours of continuous talk time.

5.2. Resistencia á auga

The BH03 has an IPX6 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against powerful water jets. This allows you to enjoy your ride without worry, even in heavy rain or during intense activities where you might sweat a lot.

• While the device is water-resistant, avoid submerging it in water.
• After exposure to rain or sweat, wipe the device dry with a soft cloth.

5.3. Limpeza

• Use un pano suave e seco para limpar o exterior da unidade.
