5. Configuración

5.1 Configuración da soldadora

  1. Colocación: Position the welder on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials.
  2. Cl Claseamp Conexión: Conecte a terra clamp cable to the appropriate terminal on the welder and securely attach the clamp to the workpiece or welding table. Ensure good electrical contact.
  3. Welding Torch Connection: Connect the welding torch cable to the designated port on the welder.
  4. Wire Installation (MIG): Open the wire feed compartment. Install the flux core wire spool, ensuring it is properly seated. Thread the wire through the feed rollers and into the torch liner. Adjust the wire tension as needed.
  5. Electrode Holder Connection (MMA): For MMA welding, connect the electrode holder cable to the appropriate terminal.
  6. TIG Torch Connection (Lift TIG, optional): If using Lift TIG, connect the TIG torch (sold separately) to its designated port.

5.2 Extension Cord Connection

Os 30Amp 50ft Welder Extension Cord is designed to provide a safe and extended power connection for your welder.

  1. Inspeccionar o cable: Before each use, visually inspect the entire length of the extension cord, including the plug and receptacle, for any signs of damage, cuts, or fraying. Do not use a damaged cord.
  2. Conectar á fonte de enerxía: Plug the NEMA 6-50P end of the extension cord into a compatible 250V, 30Amp NEMA 6-50R wall receptacle.
  3. Connect Welder: Plug the welder's power cord into the NEMA 6-50R receptacle of the extension cord.
  4. Route Safely: Route the extension cord to avoid tripping hazards, sharp edges, or areas where it could be crushed or damaged.

6. Instrucións de funcionamento

The ANDELI 135A Welder supports multiple welding processes. Always refer to the welder's control panel for specific settings and adjustments.
