1. Introdución

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Sannwsg Large Metal Chicken Coop. Follow these steps for proper assembly. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly.

4.1 Montaxe do cadro

2. Begin by connecting the main galvanized steel pipes using the provided connectors and spring plungers. Ensure all connections are firm and secure.
3. Assemble the roof frame structure, ensuring the gabled design is correctly oriented for water drainage.

4.2 Mesh and Cover Installation

1. Attach the PVC-coated hexagonal wire mesh panels to the assembled frame. Ensure the mesh is taut and securely fastened to prevent gaps.
2. Install the door assembly, ensuring the hinges operate smoothly and the three reinforced metal locks engage properly.
3. Drape the PE tarpaulin cover over the gabled roof frame. Secure the cover using the provided rubber ropes, ensuring it is taut to prevent water pooling.

4.3 Perch Installation

1. Position the metal chicken perch inside the coop according to your preference. Ensure it is stable and at a suitable height for your poultry.

5.1 Acceso e seguridade

• The coop features a split walk-in door. Use the three reinforced metal locks to secure the door.
• For feeding or quick access, you can open sections of the door without fully opening the entire entrance. Always ensure the locks are engaged when not actively accessing the coop to prevent predators.

• The removable PE tarpaulin cover provides protection from sun, rain, and snow. Ensure it is properly secured with the rubber ropes during adverse weather conditions.

6. Mantemento

• Limpeza regular: Clean the coop regularly to maintain a hygienic environment for your animals. The metal and mesh materials are designed for easy cleaning.
• Inspección do cadro: Periodically check all steel pipe connections and fasteners for tightness. Re-tighten if necessary.
