• Why is my Angelcare Sensor Pad giving false alarms?

  False alarms can occur if the Sensor Pad is not placed on a flat, firm surface. If your cot has a slat base, you must place a hard board (approx. 30x30 cm) between the slats and the Sensor Pad. Also, ensure the sensitivity settings are adjusted correctly for your mattress type.
