  Press and hold the Power key for a few seconds until the device vibrates or the screen lights up. To turn it off, press and hold the Power key and select 'Power off' from the menu.

  First, try restarting both your phone and the Wi-Fi router. Ensure you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password. If the problem persists, check if the network is stable or try connecting to a different network.
