The EasyThreed K6 is a compact FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) desktop 3D printer designed for ease of use, making it suitable for beginners and experienced users alike. It features a 100x100x100mm print size, a 2.4-inch touchscreen for intuitive control, and supports printing via TF card or USB.

2. Configuración e montaxe
The EasyThreed K6 features a modular design for quick and easy setup.
2.1. Desembalaxe e Inspección Inicial
Carefully remove the printer and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any visible damage. The package includes the K6 3D Printer Kit, a USB cable, TF card & card reader, filament holder, power supply, screwdriver, screws, and a 10M PLA filament (color random).

2.2. Printer Assembly
- Instala o conxunto completo X, Z na base: Fix the X,Z assembly to the printer base using the 8 provided screws. Ensure the print head is facing the front of the printer.
- Instalar o soporte do filamento: Attach the filament holder to the designated position on the printer.
- Conectar os cables do motor: Connect the Z-axis motor wires on both sides. Double-check that the X-axis motor wire connectors are properly connected.

2.3. Conexión de alimentación
Connect the power supply to the printer and then to a suitable power outlet (110-240V, 50/60HZ).
2.4. Instalación de software
The EasyThreed K6 is compatible with its own slicer software, Easyware KS, which is simple for beginners. It also supports open-source slicers like CURA and Simplify3D for advanced users to achieve better print quality. The software supports Windows XP/7/8/10 (32-bit/64-bit) and MAC (minimum version 10.13).

3. Instrucións de funcionamento
3.1. Carga de filamentos
- Asegúrese de que a impresora estea acendida.
- On the 2.4-inch touchscreen, navigate to the 'Extrude' or 'Load' option.
- Preheat the extruder to the appropriate temperature for PLA (180-230℃).
- Once heated, gently feed the 1.75mm PLA filament into the extruder until it is gripped by the motor and starts extruding from the nozzle.

3.2. Impresión dun modelo
- Prepara o teu modelo 3D file (.Stl or .obj) using a slicer software (Easyware KS, CURA, or Simplify3D). The slicer will convert it into a .gcode file.
- Save the .gcode file onto a TF card or transfer it to the printer via USB cable.
- Insert the TF card into the printer's slot or connect the USB cable.
- On the touchscreen, select the 'Print' option and browse for your .gcode file.
- Seleccione o desexado file and confirm to start printing. The printer will automatically preheat and begin the printing process.

3.3. Filament Unloading
To unload filament, ensure the extruder is heated. On the touchscreen, select the 'Extrude' or 'Unload' option and follow the prompts to retract the filament.
4. Mantemento
Un mantemento regular garante un rendemento óptimo e unha maior lonxevidade da túa impresora 3D.
- Limpeza da boquilla: Periodically check the nozzle for clogs or debris. Use a small needle or the provided screwdriver to gently clear any blockages when the nozzle is heated.
- Cleaning the Print Platform: Keep the removable print platform clean. Wipe it with a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol to remove any residue from previous prints.
- Lubricación: Occasionally apply a small amount of lubricant to the smooth rods and lead screws to ensure smooth movement of the print head and platform.
- Actualizacións de firmware: Check the EasyThreed official website for any available firmware updates to improve printer performance and add new features.
5 Solución de problemas

- Filamento sen extrusión:
- Check if the nozzle is clogged. Clean it as described in the Maintenance section.

- Check the tension of the belts on the X and Y axes.
- Ensure all screws and connections are secure.
- Verify that the filament diameter and print settings in your slicer match the filament being used.
