5. Configuración

5.1. Keypad Battery Installation

The keypad requires two CR2032 Li batteries. To install or replace them:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the rear of the keypad.
  2. Open the battery rear cover.
  3. Insert two CR2032 batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
  4. Close the battery rear cover securely.

5.2. Cableado do receptor

Connect the receiver to your automatic door/gate opener system according to the following terminal definitions:

  • FORMIGA: receptor de antena

  • GND: Terra

5.3. Pairing Remote Control with Receiver

To program a new remote control to operate your garage door or gate:

  1. Press and release the yellow round button on the opener (or the 'LEARN' button on the receiver board). The learn indicator light (blue LED) will glow steadily for approximately 30 seconds.
  2. Within these 30 seconds, press and hold the desired button on the hand-held remote that you wish to use to operate your garage door/gate.
  3. Release the button on the remote when the opener light blinks once, or the blue LED on the receiver goes out. The new remote is now programmed.

5.4. Pairing Keypad with Receiver

To program the wireless numeric keypad with the receiver:

  1. Long press the 'LEARN' button on the receiver board until the blue LED lights up.
  2. On the keypad, enter the original password (e.g., '11' for left channel or '22' for right channel, as indicated in the video demonstration).
  3. The blue LED on the receiver will go out, indicating a successful match.

6.2. Using the Wireless Numeric Keypad

To operate the connected device using the keypad:

  1. Enter your programmed password on the keypad.
  2. Press the appropriate channel button (e.g., 'left arrow' or 'right arrow' depending on the channel programmed) to activate the opener.

The keypad is a dual-channel transmitter, meaning it can control two separate devices or functions with different combinations.

7. Mantemento

7.1. Keypad Battery Replacement

If the keypad's performance degrades or it stops responding, the CR2032 batteries may need replacement. Follow the steps in Section 5.1 for battery installation.
