3. Configuración inicial
3.1 Alimentación dos dispositivos
- Sensor remoto: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote sensor. Insert 2 x AAA 1.5V batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the battery compartment.
- Main Unit (Indoor Receiver):
- Option 1 (Power Adapter): Connect the DC 5V power adapter to the "DC 5V" input socket on the back of the main unit and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Option 2 (Batteries): Open the battery compartment on the back of the main unit. Insert 3 x AAA 1.5V batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the battery compartment. Note: Using batteries alone may limit backlight functionality.

3.2 Emparellamento do sensor remoto
Once both units are powered, the main unit will automatically search for the remote sensor's signal. This may take a few minutes. The outdoor temperature and humidity readings will appear on the main unit's display once connected.

If the outdoor readings do not appear, press and hold the "CH" button on the main unit to manually initiate a search for the sensor. Ensure the remote sensor is within the 60-meter (200 ft) line-of-sight wireless transmission range.

The weather station features a Radio Controlled Clock (RCC) via DCF signal. It will attempt to synchronize the time automatically. If manual adjustment is needed or preferred:
- Press the "SET" button to enter time setting mode.
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust values.
- Press "SET" again to confirm each setting and move to the next (e.g., 12/24 hour format, hour, minute, year, month, day).

4.2 Características de visualización
- Unidades de temperatura: Toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) using the appropriate button (often combined with +/- or a dedicated switch on the sensor).
- Brillo da luz de fondo: When powered by the adapter, short press the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button to cycle through 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% brightness. A long press will turn the backlight off (0%).
- Pronóstico do tempo: The display shows one of six weather icons (Sunny, Slightly Cloudy, Cloudy, Rainy, Heavy Rainy, Snowy) based on atmospheric pressure changes over the past 12 hours.
- Nivel de confort: An emoji icon indicates the indoor comfort level based on temperature and humidity.
- Data Trend: Trend arrows indicate whether temperature, humidity, and air pressure are rising, falling, or remaining steady.
- Alertas de temperatura: Set high and low temperature alert values for indoor and outdoor readings. An icon will flash and an alert sound will activate when the temperature reaches the set value.
