3. Guía de configuración

3.1. Instalación da batería

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the Butterfly V40 aircraft.
2. Insert the modular lithium battery into the compartment, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

3.2. Cargando a batería

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the aircraft's charging port and a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
2. The indicator light on the charging cable or aircraft will show the charging status. Refer to the specific light behavior in the remote control guide diagram for details.

4.1. Acendido/apagado

1. To power on the aircraft, press and hold the power button on the aircraft until the lights illuminate.

4.2. Basic Flight Controls (Remote Control Guide)

• Piloto Lamp: Indicates remote status.
• Short Press Emergency Stop / Long Press Calibration: Quickly stop the drone or calibrate its sensors.

• Short Press Speed / Press and Hold to Switch Modes: Adjust flight speed or change between flight modes.

4.3. Engalaxe e aterraxe

• Despegue cunha soa tecla: Press the designated 'Take Off' button on the remote (refer to Figure 4.1). The aircraft will automatically ascend to a stable hovering height.
• Aterraxe dunha tecla: Press the designated 'Land' button. The aircraft will automatically descend and land gently.
• Parada de emerxencia: In case of emergency, short press the 'Emergency Stop' button.

4.4. Modos e características de voo

• Optical Flow Hovering: The drone uses optical sensors to maintain a stable position, making it easier to control.
• Barometric Height Setting: Automatically sets and maintains a fixed height for stable hovering. Features three-speed switch for different skill levels.

5. Mantemento

• Limpeza: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the aircraft and remote controller. Do not use water or harsh chemicals.

• Substitución da hélice: If a propeller is damaged, carefully remove it and replace it with a new one from the spare parts provided. Ensure the new propeller is installed correctly.
• Durabilidade do material: The aircraft is made from high-toughness EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) and plastic, designed to be resistant to falls and crashes. However, extreme impacts should still be avoided.
