The VEVOR Dent Repair Machine offers multiple welding modes and functions for various dent repair scenarios.
5.1 Panel de control rematadoview
- Triangular Meson Pull
- Round Meson Pull
- OT Meson Pull
- Wave Line Welding
- Carbon Rod to Close the Fire (Heating)
- Power Switch & Regulation Knob
- Interruptor manual/automático
- Error Indication Light
- Luz indicadora de alimentación
Use the Power Switch & Regulation Knob (6) to adjust the power. The Manual/Automatic Switch (7) allows you to select between manual and automatic operation modes. Carbon rod heating is typically performed in manual mode.
5.2 Dent Pulling with Slide Hammer
For general dent pulling, attach the slide hammer to the welding gun. Spot weld the tip to the center of the dent, then use the slide hammer to pull the dent out.
5.3 Welding Pulling Rings
For larger or more complex dents, pulling rings can be welded onto the car body. Insert the pulling ring into the welding gun's chuck, place it on the dented area, and activate the weld. Repeat for multiple rings as needed, then use a puller bar with hooks to extract the dent.
5.4 Welding Wavy Wire
For curved areas or long, narrow dents, wavy wire can be used. Select the wavy wire welding mode on the control panel. Place the wavy wire along the dent and spot weld it in sections. Once welded, use a pulling tool to straighten the panel.
5.5 Carbon Rod Heating (Shrinking)
To shrink stretched metal or finish a repair, use the carbon rod heating function. Select the carbon rod mode, insert a carbon rod into the welding gun, and apply heat to the desired area to shrink the steel sheet.
6. Mantemento
- Limpeza: Regularly clean the machine and accessories, especially the welding gun tips and ground clamp, to ensure optimal conductivity and performance.
- Inspección: Periodically inspect all cables, connections, and accessories for wear, damage, or loose fittings. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
- Sistema de refrixeración: Ensure the side vents are clear of obstructions to allow for efficient heat dissipation.
