Guía de configuración
1. Conexión física
The Split70 keyboard consists of two halves. To connect them, use the provided USB C-to-C cable to link the left and right halves. Then, connect the keyboard to your computer using the USB A-to-C cable.

2. Modos de conectividade
The Split70 supports three connectivity modes: Wired, 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth 5.0.
- Modo cableado: Connect the keyboard directly to your device using the USB A-to-C cable. This mode offers a 1000Hz polling rate and 3ms latency.

- Locate the 2.4GHz USB receiver (usually stored in the keyboard's housing).

- On your device (PC, Mac, Android Tablet), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
- Select "EPOMAKER Split70" from the list of available devices to pair.
- The keyboard can store up to 5 paired devices. This mode offers a 125Hz polling rate and 15ms latency.
3. QMK/VIA Configuration
The Split70 keyboard is fully compatible with QMK/VIA software for advanced key remapping and macro creation. To use VIA:
- Download the VIA software from the official websitio.
- Obtain the custom JSON file for the EPOMAKER Split70 (usually available on the product page or manufacturer's support site).
- Load the JSON file into the VIA software.
- You can now customize key assignments, create macros, and adjust lighting effects in real-time.

1. Mecanografía básica
The Split70 keyboard features a 70% layout with 71 keys. The split design allows for a more natural hand position. Simply place your hands on each half and begin typing.

2. Botón programable
The rotary knob on the left half of the keyboard provides intuitive control over various functions. By default, it can be used to adjust volume, screen brightness, or control multimedia playback (play/pause, next/previous track). Its functions can be fully customized using the QMK/VIA software.
3. Retroiluminación RGB
The Split70 features dynamic RGB backlighting with south-facing per-key LEDs. You can customize the RGB saturation, tone, brightness, and speed directly on the keyboard using key combinations (refer to the Quick Start Card or manual for specific shortcuts) or through the VIA software.

4. Interruptores intercambiables en quente
The keyboard's hot-swappable sockets allow you to change mechanical switches without soldering. Use the provided 2-in-1 switch-and-keycap puller to carefully remove keycaps and switches. The Split70 supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches. Ensure the new switch pins are aligned correctly before pressing them into the socket to avoid damage.

5. Mac Modifier Keycaps
For Mac users, dedicated Mac modifier keycaps are included in the package. You can replace the standard Windows modifier keycaps (e.g., Alt, Win) with the Mac-specific ones (e.g., Option, Command) for a familiar layout.

Mantemento
1. Limpeza do teclado
- Teclas: Use the keycap puller to remove keycaps. Clean them with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching.
- Interruptores: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from around the switches. For deeper cleaning, remove the switches (if hot-swappable) and clean the plate area.

- Chave única: If a single key is not working, carefully remove the keycap and then the switch using the puller. Inspect the switch for damage or bent pins. Try replacing it with one of the extra switches provided.
- Múltiples claves: Check the keyboard's connectivity mode. If using QMK/VIA, ensure no accidental remapping has occurred. Try resetting the keyboard to factory defaults (refer to the Quick Start Card for instructions).
