4. Guía de configuración

- Limpar: Wash the bean hopper, bean hopper lid, and ground coffee container with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp pano.
- Assemble Bean Hopper: Place the bean hopper onto the top of the grinder. Rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place. Ensure the grinding adjustment ring is properly aligned.
- Position Container/Holder:
- For collecting ground coffee in the container: Place the ground coffee container directly under the grinding outlet.
- For direct grinding into a portafilter: Select the appropriate portafilter holder (small for 51-54mm, large for 58mm) and insert it into the designated slot under the grinding outlet. Place your portafilter onto the holder.

- Select Grinding Fineness: Rotate the grinding adjustment ring to select your desired fineness level. Refer to the "Grinding Settings" section for guidance.
- Choose Grinding Mode:

The control panel with LED display and buttons for mode selection and adjustment. - Preme o MODO button to switch between "Cup Mode" (indicated by a cup icon) and "Time Mode" (indicated by a clock icon).
- In Modo Copa, use o + e - buttons to select the number of cups (1-10 cups).
- In Modo de tempo, use o + e - buttons to select the grinding duration (1-50 seconds).
- If using a portafilter, the recommended grinding time is 5-20 seconds.
- Comezar a moer: Preme o Play/Pause (▶II) button to start grinding. The grinder will automatically stop once the selected time or cup quantity is reached.
- Stop Grinding (Manual): Podes premer o Play/Pause (▶II) button again at any time to manually stop the grinding process.
- Retirar o café moído: Once grinding is complete, carefully remove the ground coffee container or portafilter.

6. Grinding Settings
The Aigostar coffee grinder offers 52 precise grinding settings to suit various brewing methods. Adjust the grinding adjustment ring to achieve the desired fineness:

7. Limpeza e Mantemento

- Empty Hopper: Remove any remaining coffee beans from the bean hopper.
- Eliminar a tolva de feixóns: Rotate the bean hopper counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it from the unit.
- Rebabas limpas:
- The upper grinding disc (burr) is removable for easy cleaning. Unlock it by rotating and lift it out.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any coffee grounds from both the upper and lower burrs, as well as the grinding chamber.
- Do not wash the burrs with water.
- Recipientes limpos: Wash the bean hopper, bean hopper lid, and ground coffee container with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
