The MUST PH1800 TLV series is a high-frequency on/off-grid hybrid solar inverter designed for robust solar energy storage systems. This 6KW, 48V DC inverter is suitable for 110VAC/120VAC and 220VAC/240VAC markets, offering both single-phase and split-phase AC output. It integrates two 80A MPPT solar charge controllers, allowing efficient utilization of solar power and compatibility with both lead-acid and lithium batteries. The inverter also features optional WiFi remote monitoring and CAN/RS485 communication for Battery Management Systems (BMS).

2. Configuración e instalación

2.1 Instalación física

Ensure the inverter is mounted in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture. Allow sufficient clearance around the unit for proper airflow. The inverter should be securely fastened to a wall or suitable mounting surface.

2.3 Arquitectura básica do sistema

The inverter integrates various power sources and loads. The solar panels (PV1 and PV2 inputs) provide DC power, which is converted by the inverter. The inverter also connects to the utility grid (AC Input) and can be supplemented by a generator. A battery bank (BAT Input) stores excess energy and provides power during outages. The inverter then supplies AC power to household loads (TV, Fridge, Lighting, Fans, etc.). Refer to Figure 4 for a system diagram.

3. Instrucións de funcionamento

The inverter features an LCD display and several function buttons for monitoring and configuration. Refer to Figure 5 for the layout and functions.

  • Pantalla LCD: Shows real-time system status, parameters, and error codes.

3.2 Encendido inicial

  3. Turn on the PV input breakers (PV1 and PV2).
  4. Turn on the AC input breaker (if connected to utility/generator).
  5. Press the Power On/Off switch (15) on the inverter to power it on.
  6. Observe the LCD display for normal operation and status indicators.
