Eseecloud App

• App: Eseecloud (iOS / Android)

Antes de Comezar

Critical Step: Ensure that all cameras are displaying properly on your NVR monitor screen before setting up the app.

⚠ Precaución – Avoid Unwanted Ads:

• Tap “Continue to App” if an advertisement appears while opening the app.
•  Do not engage with any “Premium” or “Cloud Storage” offers. They are not required for this setup.

Guía de configuración paso a paso

1. Check the NVR Network Connection on
   First, verify your NVR system is connected to the internet.
   1. On your NVR main screen (New Blue background UI), go to: System Setup > Network > Connect to Router
   2. On the NVR main Screen (Old Black background UI), go to: System Setup > Network Tab
   3. Confirm the Network Status shows “Healthy Network” in green text.
      Nota: If it is not green, please resolve the internet connection (Ethernet cable) before proceeding.
2. Descarga e Rexístrate
   1. Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
   2. Busca: Eseecloud
      • Verify the developer is listed as “Eseecloud Technology Inc”.
   3. Descarga e abre a aplicación.
   4. Register an account using your email or phone number.
   5. Create a password and verify it using the code sent to your device.
3. Add the NVR to the App
   1.  Open the Eseecloud app (blue icon).
   2. Tap the “+” icon at the top right corner.
   3. Select the following option based on your device:
      •  Android: Select “Add by Cloud ID” or “Add set”.
      • iOS (iPhone): Select “Add Kit”.
      •  Note: Do NOT use “Scan” or “Search LAN”.
   4. Enter your 10-digit Cloud ID.
      • Location: Found on the bottom right of the NVR main screen or under System Setup > Account/App (New Blue background UI)., System Setup > Network Tab (Old Black background UI)
   5. Enter your NVR credentials:
      • Nome de usuario: admin (predeterminado)
      • Password: (Enter the password you created for the NVR system)
   6. Tap Complete/Add.

Configuración completada! You should now see your live camera feeds on your mobile device.

What should I do if the network status is not healthy?

Ensure that your Ethernet cable is properly connected and that your internet connection is active.

Do I need to purchase any premium services?

No, premium or cloud storage offers are not required for this setup.

Where can I find my Cloud ID?

Your Cloud ID is located on the bottom right of the NVR main screen or under System Setup > Account/App.
