4. Configuración e instalación

Installation of the AirPro ceiling fan is designed to be straightforward. The SureConnect blade arms simplify blade attachment, and the Quick Install canopy facilitates mounting, even on sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees. The fan can be installed with the included downrod or close-to-ceiling with an optional accessory for lower ceilings.

4.1. Pasos previos á instalación

4.2. Montaxe do ventilador

Attach the mounting bracket to the electrical outlet box. Assemble the downrod and canopy, then lift the fan assembly and secure it to the mounting bracket. Make all necessary electrical connections according to the wiring diagram in the full installation manual.

4.3. Colocación das láminas

The SureConnect blade arms allow for easy attachment of the five reversible blades. Ensure the desired blade finish (Cherry or Natural Cherry) is facing downwards before securing the blades to the motor housing.

4.4. Downrod Selection Guide

Proper downrod length ensures optimal airflow and safety. Allow at least 7 feet (84 inches) from the floor to the bottom of the fan. 8 or 9 feet is considered the ideal above-floor placement.

5. Funcionamento

The AirPro ceiling fan is operated using a simple pull chain mechanism, offering three distinct speed settings and a reversible motor function for year-round comfort.

The fan speed is controlled by pulling the chain attached to the motor housing. Each pull cycles through the available speeds:

• First pull: High speed
• Second pull: Medium speed
• Third pull: Low speed
• Fourth pull: Off

5.2. Reversible Airflow Function

The fan's motor is reversible, allowing you to change the direction of airflow for seasonal efficiency:

• Summer Operation (Counter-clockwise rotation): Pushes air downwards, creating a cooling breeze. This is ideal for warmer months.
• Winter Operation (Clockwise rotation): Draws air upwards, circulating warm air trapped near the ceiling. This helps to distribute heat more evenly in colder months.

To reverse the blade direction, locate the slide switch on the motor housing. Ensure the fan is completely stopped before changing the switch position.
