Configuración e instalación

The CL1005 lock is designed for easy installation and can serve as a quick retrofit for existing cam locks or for new installations on units without a lock. It fits doors up to 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) thick and features a 5/8 inch (15.8 mm) threaded barrel.

Pasos de instalación:

Prepara a porta: Use the provided template to mark and drill the necessary holes on the cabinet door. Ensure the door thickness does not exceed 1/2 inch (12.7 mm).
Inserir o corpo do peche: Insert the threaded barrel of the lock body through the prepared hole from the front of the cabinet door.

The CL1005 lock operates using a user-programmable code. It is powered by 2 x AAA batteries, providing approximately 15,000 openings.

Opening the Lock:

The lock will emit a confirmation tone and the LED will flash green.
Turn the knob to the unlocked position.

In case of battery failure, the lock can be temporarily powered using a 9V battery. Locate the two contact points (LEDs) on the front of the lock. Apply the 9V battery across these points (positive to positive, negative to negative). While holding the 9V battery in place, enter the Master Code to open the lock. Replace the internal AAA batteries immediately after gaining access.
