Adjusting the Machine

  • Seat and Back Support Adjustment: The machine features an adjustable seat and back support for optimal comfort and stability. Locate the adjustment pins or levers and set the position that allows for a full range of motion without discomfort.

Performing the Leg Press Exercise

  1. Sit comfortably on the seat with your back firmly against the backrest.
  2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the footplate, ensuring your entire foot is in contact with the non-slip surface.
  3. Grasp the side stability handles for support.
  4. Push the footplate away from you by extending your legs, but do not lock your knees.
  5. Slowly return the footplate to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
  6. Repeat for your desired number of repetitions.
