3. Configuración

Before operating the angle grinder, ensure it is properly set up.

1. Desembalaxe: Carefully remove the angle grinder and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage. Do not use the tool if any part is damaged.
2. Fixación da asa lateral: The side handle can be screwed into either the left or right side of the gear housing, depending on user preference and application. Ensure it is securely tightened.

3. Mounting the Grinding Wheel:

4. Adjusting the Guard: The protective guard must always be used. Adjust its position to provide maximum protection for the operator, directing sparks and debris away from the user. Loosen the guard's clamping screw, rotate the guard to the desired position, and then securely tighten the screw.

1. Encendido/apagado:
   • To switch on, slide the switch forward. For continuous operation, press the front part of the switch down until it locks.
   • To switch off, release the switch. If locked for continuous operation, press the rear part of the switch to release it.
2. Moenda:

   • Allow the grinding wheel to reach full speed before contacting the workpiece.
   • Apply light, even pressure. Do not press too hard, as this can reduce wheel life and motor efficiency.
   • Maintain an angle of approximately 15-30 degrees between the grinding wheel and the workpiece surface for optimal material removal.
3. Corte:
   • For cutting, use appropriate cutting discs and ensure the guard is correctly positioned.
   • Hold the tool firmly. Make straight cuts without tilting the disc.
   • Do not apply side pressure to the cutting disc, as this can cause it to bind or break.

5. Mantemento
