Assembling the Lid:
- Insert the rubber gasket into the groove on the underside of the lid. Ensure it is seated evenly and securely.
- Place the pressure regulator onto the vent pipe on the lid. It should fit snugly.

- Liberación rápida (baixo auga fría): For faster pressure release, carefully place the cooker under a cold water tap, allowing water to run over the lid (avoiding the pressure regulator and vent pipe). This method is suitable for delicate foods that can overcook quickly.
Importante: Never attempt to remove the pressure regulator or open the lid while the cooker is under pressure.
