This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of the Testboy TV 430N Digital Insulation Tester. 4. Configuración

4.1 Instalación da batería

1. Ensure the device is switched OFF.

4. Insert six (6) 1.5V AA LR06 batteries, observing correct polarity.
5. Pecha a tapa do compartimento da batería de forma segura.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

5.1 Medición da resistencia de illamento

This function measures the resistance of insulation in electrical systems and components.

1. Asegúrese de que o circuíto baixo proba estea desenergizado e descargado de forma segura.
2. Connect the test leads to the appropriate terminals on the device and to the circuit under test.
3. Turn the Function Dial to the desired insulation test voltage (250 V, 500 V ou 1000 V).
4. Manteña premido o PROBA button. The display will show the insulation resistance value in MΩ.
5. For continuous testing, press the BLOQUEO button after pressing PROBA. Preme BLOQUEO de novo para liberar.
6. Soltar o PROBA button to stop the measurement. The device will automatically discharge the circuit.

5.2 Probas de continuidade

This function checks for a continuous electrical path in a circuit.
