The Bravilor Bonamat Novo is a quick filter machine designed for locations without a direct water connection, capable of producing approximately 144 cups (18 litres) of coffee per hour. It is supplied with two glass decanters, each with a capacity of 1.5 litres.

Follow these steps to brew coffee with your Bravilor Bonamat Novo:

2. Engadir café: Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter paper. A general guideline is 60 grams of coffee per litre of water, but adjust to taste.
3. Place Decanter: Ensure a clean glass decanter is placed correctly on the brewing plate beneath the filter holder. If brewing a second batch, place the second decanter on the upper warming plate.
