4. Configuración

2. Limpeza inicial: Before first use, wash the blending jar, lid, steaming basket, and blade assembly in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The main motor unit should be wiped with a damp pano. Nota: These parts are not dishwasher safe and must be hand washed.
3. Montaxe:
   • Place the blade assembly into the blending jar.
   • Position the steaming basket inside the blending jar if you intend to steam.

1. Ensure the appliance is assembled correctly with the steaming basket inside the blending jar.
2. Fill the water reservoir with clean water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
3. Cut ingredients (meat, fruit, or vegetables) into small, uniform pieces and place them into the steaming basket.

5. Select the desired steaming time using the control panel. The integrated timer will assist in precise cooking.
6. Press the start button. The appliance will begin steaming. An acoustic signal will indicate when the steaming cycle is complete or if the water level is low.
7. Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the lid and steaming basket. The cooking water, rich in nutrients, can be used for blending.

5.2. Blending, Pureeing, and Mincing

1. After steaming, transfer the cooked ingredients into the blending jar (remove the steaming basket if present). Add a small amount of the cooking water or breast milk/formula to achieve the desired consistency.
2. Ensure the blade assembly is correctly installed and the lid is securely fastened.
3. Select the blending function on the control panel.
4. Press and hold the blend button for short pulses until the desired texture is achieved. The specially designed blades will create a homogeneous mixture with reduced air bubbles.
5. For mincing, ensure ingredients are cut into small pieces before placing them in the blending jar. Use short pulses for controlled mincing.
6. Once blending is complete, unplug the appliance and carefully remove the blending jar.

5.3. Warming and Defrosting

The Puresteam Cooker can also warm up pre-prepared baby food or defrost frozen ingredients.

1. Place the food to be warmed or defrosted into a suitable container (e.g., a small baby food jar) and place it into the steaming basket.
