The Beurer MG21 offers two function levels for a personalized massage experience.
- Encendido: Locate the control switch on the handle of the device. Slide the switch to the first position to activate the vibration massage function.
- Activate Infrared Heat (Optional): To add infrared heat to your massage, slide the control switch to the second position. The infrared light will illuminate, indicating that the heat function is active.
- Aplicar masaxe: Gently place the device on the desired area of your body. Move the massager slowly and steadily over the muscles.
- Axuste de presión: Apply light to moderate pressure. Avoid pressing too hard, especially on bony areas or sensitive skin.
- Duración: Use the massager for approximately 10-15 minutes per body area. Do not use for extended periods on a single spot.
