3. Características clave

4. Configuración e enrolamento inicial

4.1. Enrolamento inicial

As an automatic watch, the Raymond Weil 7730-BK-05207 is powered by the motion of your wrist. However, for initial use or after a period of inactivity, manual winding is recommended:

  1. Asegúrese de que a coroa estea na posición 1 (completamente inserida).
  2. Turn the crown clockwise approximately 30-40 times. This will build up a power reserve.
  3. The watch will start running.

4.2. Axuste da hora e da data

  1. Axuste da data: Pull the crown out to position 2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this can damage the movement.
  2. Axustar o día: Pull the crown out to position 2. Turn the crown counter-clockwise to adjust the day.
  3. Axuste da hora: Pull the crown out to position 3 (farthest out). The seconds hand will stop. Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands. To ensure accuracy, set the time a few minutes ahead and then push the crown back to position 1 when a time signal (e.g., from a radio or phone) reaches the desired time.
  4. Once time and date are set, push the crown back to position 1 (fully pushed in) to ensure water resistance.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

5.1. Función de cronógrafo

The chronograph allows for precise measurement of elapsed time. It features three subdials: a 60-second counter, a 30-minute counter, and a 12-hour counter.

  1. Comezo: Press the top pusher (A) to start the chronograph. The large central seconds hand will begin to move, along with the minute and hour counters on the subdials.
  2. Parar: Press the top pusher (A) again to stop the chronograph. The elapsed time can be read from the central seconds hand and the chronograph subdials.
  3. Restablecer: Press the bottom pusher (B) to reset the chronograph hands to zero. This can only be done when the chronograph is stopped.
  4. Intermediate Time (Split Time): While the chronograph is running, press the bottom pusher (B) to display an intermediate time. The hands will stop, but the internal timing continues. Press (B) again to catch up to the running time.

5.2. Tachymeter Scale

The tachymeter scale on the bezel can be used to measure speed over a known distance (e.g., 1 kilometer or 1 mile). It can also be used to measure production rates.

  1. Start the chronograph at the beginning of the measured distance (e.g., when a car passes the starting line).
  2. Stop the chronograph when the object completes the distance (e.g., when the car passes the 1 km mark).
  3. The number on the tachymeter scale corresponding to the position of the central chronograph seconds hand indicates the speed (e.g., km/h or mph).
