TruMedic TENS Electronic Pulse Unit

The truMedic PL-009 is an electronic pulse unit designed for effective pain management. 4. Configuración

1. Instalar baterías: Carefully install the included 4 AAA batteries into the unit. Ensure correct polarity.
2. Conectar os cables condutores: With the unit turned off, plug one lead wire into one of the output ports on the top of the unit.

4. Apply Pads to Skin: Carefully peel the electrodes from their storage card and place the pads on clean, dry skin on either side of the painful area.

1. Encendido: Turn the thumbwheel directly below the lead wire to '1' to power on the unit. Verify that the letter 'P' appears on the screen, indicating power.
2. Seleccionar modo: Choose your desired massage program (e.g., Waist, Shoulder, Joint, Hand-Foot, Sole) or manual setting (Massage, Beat, Knead) using the corresponding buttons.
3. Axustar a velocidade: Use the 'Speed +' and 'Speed -' buttons to adjust the pulse speed to your preference.
4. Axustar a intensidade: Slowly raise the power intensity using the thumbwheels. Start with a mild setting (e.g., 1) and gradually increase to a comfortable yet effective level (up to 10).
5. Utilize Dual Channels: The unit has two separate channels, allowing you to use one side initially and then both sides on two different areas of your body simultaneously.
6. Repeat Feature: The 'Repeat' button allows the unit to stay on the current program without cycling through to the next program in a preset sequence.

6. Mantemento

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your truMedic PL-009 unit:

• Keep the unit and electrode pads clean and dry. Wipe the unit with a soft, damp pano segundo sexa necesario.

• Replace electrode pads when they lose their stickiness or become worn.
