The Muse M-178 PW is a projection clock radio featuring FM/MW radio, dual alarms, snooze, sleep timer, and an AUX input. Familiarize yourself with the controls and display as shown below.

Controis e indicadores
- PROJECTION Button: Activates or deactivates the time projection feature.
- ROTATE Button: Rotates the projected time display.
- Botón AUX: Selects the auxiliary input mode for external audio devices.
- HR. Button: Adjusts the hour for clock and alarm settings.
- MIN. Button: Adjusts the minute for clock and alarm settings.
- Botón SNOOZE/DIMMER: Activates the snooze function during an alarm or adjusts the display brightness in standby mode.
- Alarm 1 Set Button (Clock icon with '1'): Used to set and activate Alarm 1.
- Alarm 2 Set Button (Clock icon with '2'): Used to set and activate Alarm 2.
- Tuning Down / Previous Preset Button (A-): Tunes radio frequency down or selects previous preset station.
- Tuning Up / Next Preset Button (A+): Tunes radio frequency up or selects next preset station.

Configuración
1. Conexión de alimentación
Connect the external power adapter to the DC IN jack on the unit and then plug the adapter into a standard 230V AC, 50Hz wall outlet. The unit will power on or enter standby mode.
2. Copia de seguridade da batería
For backup power, insert 2 x AAA batteries (not supplied) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the unit. These batteries will retain the time and alarm settings in case of a power outage.
3. Axuste inicial do reloxo
After connecting power, the display may flash. To set the current time:
- No modo de espera, manteña premido o HORARIO button (if available, otherwise proceed to step 2).

- Release the button(s) to confirm the time.

1. Configuración da alarma
A unidade dispón de dúas alarmas independentes (Alarma 1 e Alarma 2).

- Preme o Alarma fixada button again to select the alarm source (Radio or Buzzer). An indicator will appear on the display.
- Release the button to confirm. The alarm icon will appear on the display, indicating the alarm is active.
2. Función de repetición da alarma
Cando soe unha alarma, prema o botón SNOOZE / DIMMER button to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will sound again after a few minutes (default snooze time).
3. Temporizador de sono
The sleep timer allows the radio to play for a set duration before automatically turning off. To activate:
- Mentres soa a radio, prema o botón DURMIR button (if available, otherwise refer to specific model instructions for combined functions).
- Prema repetidamente o DURMIR para percorrer os tempos de repouso dispoñibles (por exemplo, 90, 60, 30, 15 minutos, APAGADO).
4. Operación de radio
The unit supports FM and MW bands.
- Preme o Alimentación/Standby botón para acender a unidade.
- Preme o FM/MW button (if available, otherwise cycle through modes) to select the desired radio band.
- Sintonización manual: Preme o A- or A+ buttons repeatedly to tune to the desired frequency.
- Automatic Scan/Preset Storage: Manteña premido o A- or A+ button to automatically scan for the next available station. To store a station as a preset, tune to the station, then press and hold a Número predefinido button (if available) or follow specific instructions for automatic storage (e.g., press and hold ESCANEAR button). The unit can store up to 20 preset stations (10 FM).
- Recordando presets: Preme o Número predefinido buttons (if available) or use the A- or A+ buttons briefly to cycle through stored presets.
5. Proxección temporal
The unit can project the current time onto a wall or ceiling.
- Preme o PROXECCIÓN button to activate the projection.
- Usa o XIRAR button to adjust the orientation of the projected time.
- Adjust the focus of the projected image by rotating the projection lens (if applicable).
6. Display Brightness (Dimmer)
No modo de espera, prema repetidamente o SNOOZE / DIMMER button to cycle through different display brightness levels.
7. Entrada AUX
Conecte un dispositivo de son externo (por exemplo, un reprodutor de MP3) ao AUX IN port using a 3.5mm audio cable. Press the AUX button to switch to AUX input mode. Audio from the external device will play through the unit's speaker.

Limpeza
Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the cabinet. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
Substitución da batería
Replace the 2 x AAA backup batteries annually or when the backup function fails to retain time and alarm settings during a power interruption. Ensure correct polarity when inserting new batteries.
