1. Introdución
The TENMARS TM-195 is a 3-axis high-frequency electromagnetic field strength meter designed for measuring and monitoring Radio Frequency (RF) electromagnetic fields. It is capable of measuring frequencies ranging from 50MHz to 3.5GHz. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation of your device.

3.1 Compoñentes
- 3-Axis Isotropic Sensor: Spherical sensor for comprehensive field detection.
- Pantalla LCD: 4-1/2 digits, maximum reading 19999, shows measured values, units, and status indicators.

4. Configuración
4.1. Instalación da batería
- Abra a tapa do compartimento da batería na parte traseira do dispositivo.
- Insert a new 9V battery (NEDA 1604, IEC 6F22, or JIS 006P), observing polarity.
- Pecha a tapa do compartimento da batería de forma segura.
4.2. Acendido inicial
Preme o Poder button (labeled with a circle and vertical line) to turn on the device. The display will illuminate and show the current RF field strength.
5. Instrucións de funcionamento
5.1. Acendido/apagado
- Para acender, prema Poder botón.
- Para apagalo, manteña premido o botón Poder botón durante aproximadamente 2 segundos.
5.2. Measurement Modes (MAX/AVG)
Preme o MAX/AVG button to cycle through measurement display modes:
- Instantaneous Value: Displays the current real-time measurement.
- Maximum Value (MAX): Displays the highest value recorded since power-on or reset.
- Average Value (AVG): Displays the average value recorded over time.
- Maximum Average Value (MAX AVG): Displays the maximum of the averaged values.
5.3. Selección da unidade
Preme o UNIT/ENTER button to change the measurement unit. Available units include:
- mV/m (millivolts per meter)
- V/m (volts per meter)
- µA/m (microamperes per meter)
- mA/m (milliamperes per meter)
- µW/m² (microwatts per square meter)
- mW/m² (milliwatts per square meter)
- µW/cm² (microwatts per square centimeter)
5.4. Data Hold (HOLD/ALARM)
Preme o HOLD/ALARM button briefly to freeze the current reading on the display. Press again to release.
5.5. Función de alarma

- Manteña premido o HOLD/ALARM button for approximately 2 seconds to enter alarm setting mode.
- Usa o MAX/AVG e REC/TIME buttons to adjust the threshold value.
- Preme UNIT/ENTER para confirmar e gardar a configuración.
- The audible buzzer alarm will activate if the measured value exceeds the set threshold.
5.6. Data Memory (XYZ/MEM)
The device supports manual storage of up to 200 data sets.
- To save a reading, press the XYZ/MEM button briefly. The current reading will be stored.
- To recall stored data, press and hold the XYZ/MEM button for approximately 2 seconds. Use the MAX/AVG e REC/TIME buttons to navigate through stored records.
- Preme UNIT/ENTER to exit data recall mode.
5.7. Calibration Factor (CAL) Adjustment
The calibration factor can be adjusted if necessary. Refer to the SET button and its associated menu for this advanced setting. This feature allows for fine-tuning the meter's response.
5.8. Apagado automático
The device has an adjustable auto power-off function. The default time is 15 minutes. To adjust this setting:
- Manteña premido o SET botón para entrar no menú de configuración.
- Navigate to the auto power-off option using the MAX/AVG or REC/TIME botóns.
- Usa o MAX/AVG e REC/TIME buttons to set the desired time (0 to 99 minutes).
- Preme UNIT/ENTER to confirm and save. Setting to 0 disables auto power-off.
6. Mantemento
- Limpa o dispositivo cun pano suave e seco. Non empregues produtos de limpeza abrasivos nin disolventes.
- Se o dispositivo non se vai usar durante un período prolongado, retire a batería para evitar fugas.
- Garde o dispositivo nun lugar fresco e seco, lonxe da luz solar directa e de temperaturas extremas.
7 Solución de problemas
- O dispositivo non se acende: Comprobe a instalación da batería e asegúrese de que teña carga suficiente. Substitúaa se é necesario.
- Lecturas inconsistentes: Ensure the device is held steady and away from large metallic objects or other strong RF sources that might interfere with measurements. Verify the selected unit is appropriate for the measurement range.
- A alarma non soa: Check if the alarm function is enabled and the threshold is set correctly.
- A pantalla está en branco ou escura: Substitúe a batería.
