Emergency 9V Battery Override
In cases of complete battery failure where the lock does not respond, a 9V battery can sometimes be used to temporarily power the lock for emergency access. Locate the 9V battery contacts on the lock (refer to the product diagram or Codelocks documentation for exact location). Press a 9V battery firmly against these contacts while simultaneously entering your valid code. This should provide enough power to operate the lock once.
