This 8x32 pixel matrix features 256 individually addressable RGB LEDs (32 horizontal x 8 vertical) on a flexible FPCB, measuring approximately 8cm x 32cm (3.15in x 12.59in). It utilizes premium pure gold-wired LEDs for superior brightness, enhanced longevity, and stability compared to standard alloy versions. The flexible design allows for bending and conforming to curved surfaces, enabling diverse display configurations.

The matrix is compatible with various controllers such as K-1000C, SP802E, WLED, and SP530E, offering dynamic lighting effects including spectrum music visualization, scrolling text, image/video display, fireworks, and chase effects.

2. Información de seguridade

5. Configuración

5.1 Power and Data Connections

The LED matrix requires a DC5V power supply and a compatible controller (purchased separately) for operation. Connect the power and data lines using the provided 3-PIN connectors. Ensure correct polarity and secure connections to prevent damage.

5.2 Compatibilidade do controlador

This LED matrix is designed to work with various controllers. Popular compatible controllers include K-1000C, SP802E, WLED, and SP530E. Refer to your chosen controller's manual for specific wiring and programming instructions.

5.3 Flexible and Chainable Design

The flexible PCB allows the matrix to be gently bent to fit curved surfaces. Multiple panels can be seamlessly connected (chained) using the 3-pin JST connectors to create larger custom pixel displays.

6. En funcionamento

Once properly connected to a compatible controller and power supply, the LED matrix can display a variety of dynamic content. The specific operation will depend on the features and programming of your chosen controller.

6.1 Dynamic Display Modes

The matrix supports diverse effects, including:

  • Music Visualization: Display spectrum analysis or equalizer-like patterns that react to audio input.

7. Mantemento

  • Limpeza: Gently wipe the surface of the LED matrix with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Almacenamento: Store the matrix in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Manexo: Avoid sharp bends or excessive force on the flexible PCB to prevent damage to the internal circuitry.

8 Solución de problemas

  • No Lights or Partial Lighting:
    • Ensure the DC5V power supply is correctly connected and providing adequate current.
    • Check all 3-PIN data connections for secure contact. A single lit LED often indicates a data connection issue.
    • Verify that the controller is powered on and sending data.
  • Pantalla parpadeante ou inestable:
    • Ensure your power supply is sufficient for the number of LEDs and brightness level. Consider adding a large capacitor (e.g., 1000µF) across the power lines near the first LED to stabilize voltage.
    • Check for loose data connections or interference.
  • Cores incorrectas:
    • Confirm the color order setting in your controller matches the matrix's G R B order.
    • Ensure the data signal is clean and not degraded over long wire runs.
  • Danos físicos: If the flexible PCB is torn or LEDs are physically damaged, the matrix may require replacement.
