1. Introdución

Welcome to the user manual for the Zebra TC56 mobile computer. This device is a rugged enterprise-grade touch computer designed for various business applications, offering advanced data capture, robust connectivity, and a user-friendly Android operating system. It is equipped with WWAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and PTT capabilities, making it suitable for diverse work environments.

2. Que hai na caixa

Upon unboxing your Zebra TC56, please verify that all the following components are present:

Note: Interface cables and charging cradle are sold separately and are not included in the standard package.

3. Configuración

3.1. Carga inicial

Before first use, fully charge the device battery. Connect the USB cable to the TC56's charging port and the other end to the provided adapter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

3.2. Acendido/apagado

• Para acender: Press and hold the Power button (located on the side of the device) until the Zebra logo appears on the screen.
• Para apagar: Mantén premido o botón de acendido/apagado ata que apareza o menú de opcións de acendido/apagado. Selecciona "Apagar" e confirma.

4.2. Conectividade

• Wi-Fi: Access Wi-Fi settings from the Quick Settings panel or through Configuración > Wi-Fi to connect to available networks. Supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/d/h/i/r standards.
• Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth via Configuración > Bluetooth to pair with compatible devices such as headsets or printers. Supports Bluetooth 4.1.
• 4G/WWAN: Insert a SIM card (sold separately) into the designated slot to enable cellular data and voice communication.
• NFC: Near Field Communication allows for quick pairing with other NFC-enabled devices or for contactless data exchange. Tap the device to another NFC-enabled device to initiate connection.

4.3. Data Capture (2D Imager)

The integrated 2D imager allows for efficient scanning of barcodes and QR codes. Point the imager at the code and press the scan button (typically located on the side of the device) to capture data. Ensure adequate lighting for optimal performance.

6.4. Conxelación ou falta de resposta do dispositivo

• Pecha todas as aplicacións abertas.
• Perform a soft reset by pressing and holding the Power button until the device restarts.
