1. Introdución

4. Configuración

1. Desembalaxe: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the kettle for any damage. Keep packaging for future storage or disposal.
2. Limpeza de primeiro uso: Before first use, fill the kettle with cold water up to the "MAX" mark. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process two to three times to remove any manufacturing residues.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

1. Enchendo o caldeiro: Open the lid using the one-handed opening mechanism. Fill the kettle with the desired amount of cold water. Do not fill below the minimum mark or above the "MAX" mark (1.0 liter). The external water level indicator assists in precise filling.
2. Pechando a tapa: Ensure the lid is securely closed before placing the kettle on the power base.
3. Placing on Power Base: Position the kettle onto the power base. It can be placed in any direction due to the 360° rotational design.
4. Encendido: Press the On/Off switch located on the handle downwards. The indicator light will illuminate, signifying that the kettle is heating.
5. Proceso de ebulición: The water will begin to heat. Once the water reaches boiling point, the kettle will automatically switch off, and the indicator light will extinguish.
6. Vertido: Carefully lift the kettle from the power base and pour the hot water. Exercise caution as the kettle body and steam can be very hot.
7. Reebullición: If you need to re-boil water immediately after it has switched off, wait a few seconds for the internal thermostat to reset before pressing the switch again.

6. Limpeza e Mantemento

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your WMF Electric Water Boiler.

2. Limpeza exterior: Limpa o exterior da chaleira e a base eléctrica cun pano suave eamp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface. Do not immerse the kettle or power base in water or any other liquid.
3. Limpeza interior (descalcificación): Limescale can build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. Descale regularly (e.g., monthly or as needed) to maintain efficiency and water taste.

   • Let it stand for 15-30 minutes (or as per descaler instructions).

4. Limescale Filter Cleaning: The removable limescale filter helps prevent scale from entering your cup.
