5. Configuración

5.1. Instalación da batería

1. Ensure the cuff size is appropriate for your arm circumference (Medium: 22-32 cm).
2. Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface, palm facing up.

4. Position the cuff so its lower edge is approximately 2 cm above your elbow joint.

6.2. Procedemento de medición

Before measuring, rest for at least 5 minutes. Avoid talking or moving during the measurement.
