Instrucións de instalación e funcionamento
Always ensure the engine is cool before attempting to remove or install spark plugs. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for specific spark plug replacement intervals and torque specifications.
Spark Plug Removal:
- Ensure the engine is off and cool. Disconnect the battery if necessary.
- Locate the spark plug wires or coil packs and carefully remove them from the spark plugs.
- Attach the LEXIVON 5/8" Swivel Magnetic Spark Plug Socket to a 3/8" drive ratchet or breaker bar.
- Carefully insert the socket onto the spark plug. The thin-wall design and swivel action will assist in reaching plugs in tight or angled locations.
- Turn the ratchet counter-clockwise to loosen and remove the spark plug. The magnetic core will hold the spark plug securely once it is loose, preventing it from falling.
- Lift the socket and spark plug out of the engine compartment.
