The PUR PLUS Faucet Mount System is designed for quick and easy installation without the need for tools. It is compatible with most standard faucets but is not suitable for pull-out or handheld models.

The PUR PLUS Faucet Mount System features a simple lever to switch between filtered and unfiltered water.
- Unfiltered Water: To dispense unfiltered water for washing dishes or other non-drinking purposes, ensure the lever is in the position that directs water directly from the faucet without passing through the filter.
- Auga filtrada: To dispense filtered water for drinking or cooking, move the lever to the position that engages the filtration system. Water will flow through the PUR PLUS filter.
The system is equipped with a filter change light indicator to help you monitor filter life:
- Luz verde: Indicates the filter is working optimally.
- Yellow/Orange Light: Signals that it is time to change the filter soon.
- Luz vermella: Indicates the filter has reached the end of its life and needs immediate replacement.

Substitución do filtro:
The PUR PLUS Faucet Mount Filter has a lifespan of up to 3 months or 100 gallons, whichever comes first. The filter change light indicator will alert you when replacement is necessary.
- Eliminar o filtro antigo: Twist the filter housing counter-clockwise to detach it from the faucet mount unit. Remove the old filter cartridge.
- Inserir novo filtro: Unpack a new Genuine PUR PLUS Faucet Mount Replacement Filter. Insert it into the filter housing, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Volver colocar a carcasa: Screw the filter housing back onto the faucet mount unit by twisting clockwise until secure.
- Flush New Filter: As with initial setup, run cold water through the new filter for 5 minutes to flush out any carbon fines.

Limpeza:
Periodically, you may wish to clean the exterior of the faucet mount unit. The unit can be easily unclipped from the adapter for thorough cleaning. Use a soft cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners or put the unit in a dishwasher.
