1. Introdución

The HARFO A01 Smart Door Lock offers advanced security and convenient access for your home, office, or apartment. This heavy-duty keyless entry system integrates multiple unlocking methods to provide flexible and reliable access control.

4. Guía de instalación

4.1 Comprobacións previas á instalación

• Espesor da porta: Compatible with doors 1 3/8 inches to 2 3/16 inches (35mm-55mm) thick.
• Borehole Diameter: Ensure existing boreholes are suitable, or use the provided template for new installations.
• Ferramentas necesarias: A Phillips head screwdriver is required (not included). A power drill can expedite the process.

4.2 Reversible Handle Direction

The handle is reversible to accommodate both left and right-handed door openings. Adjust the handle direction before final installation if necessary, following the instructions in the detailed manual.

4.3 Instalación paso a paso

1. Eliminar o hardware existente: Unscrew and remove your current door handle and latch bolt.
2. Instalar o ferrollo de peche: Insert the new latch bolt into the door edge and secure it with screws. Ensure the latch is oriented correctly for your door's swing.

7. Instalar baterías: Open the battery cover on the interior assembly. Insert 4 AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the battery cover.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

5.1 Mobile App Setup (TTLock App)

1. Descarga a aplicación: Busca "TTLock" in your smartphone's app store and download it.

3. Engadir bloqueo: Follow the in-app instructions to pair your lock via Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and you are near the lock.
4. Calibrate Lock: The app will guide you through calibrating the lock for proper operation.

5.2 Métodos de desbloqueo

5.3 Managing Users (App)

Through the TTLock app, you can:

• Generate Passcodes: Create permanent, timed, one-time, or custom passcodes for guests or service providers.
• Add IC Cards: Register new IC cards for access.

5.4 Control remoto (con pasarela - Véndese por separado)

To enable remote unlocking and advanced features, pair your HARFO A01 Smart Door Lock with a HARFO Wi-Fi Gateway (sold separately).

• Remote Unlock/Lock: Control your door from anywhere with an internet connection.
• Remote Passcode Generation: Create and share passcodes even when you're away.

5.5 Security Functions

6. Mantemento

6.1 Substitución da batería

The lock requires 4 AA batteries. When the battery level is low, the lock will provide an audible warning. Replace all four batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. The battery compartment is located on the interior handle assembly.

6.2 Enerxía de emerxencia

In case of complete battery depletion, the lock features an emergency USB power port. Connect a power bank to this port to temporarily power the lock and gain access.

6.3 Limpeza

7 Solución de problemas

• O peche non responde: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Use the emergency USB power port.
• Pegada dixital non recoñecida: Asegúrate de que o dedo estea limpo e seco. Rexistra de novo a túa pegada dixital se os problemas persisten.
• O contrasinal non funciona: Verify the correct passcode is entered. Check if Anti-peep Passcode is being used correctly.
• Problemas de conectividade da aplicación: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and you are within range. Restart the app or your phone. Check if the optional Wi-Fi Gateway is properly connected.
• Lock not auto-locking: Verify auto-lock settings in the mobile app.
