The Hormann SupraMatic E Series 4 is designed for garage doors up to a maximum width of 5500 mm and a door surface area of up to 13.75 m². It is suitable for both up-and-over doors and sectional doors, including wooden doors.

4. Configuración e instalación
Installation should be performed carefully. Refer to the included diagrams for visual guidance.
4.1 Mounting the Drive Head
Securely mount the drive head to the ceiling or appropriate support structure above the garage door. Ensure it is centered with the door's movement path. The universal fitting is compatible with both up-and-over and sectional doors.
4.2 Connecting the Drive Rail
Attach the drive rail (not included, but compatible with Hormann rails) to the drive head and the garage door. Ensure the rail is level and securely fastened at both ends.
4.3 Conexión eléctrica
Connect the drive head to a standard 230 V - 240 V AC power outlet using the provided connection cable. The motor operates on 24 V DC.
4.4 Programación inicial
The unit features a double 7-segment display for operation and programming. Use the control element with start/stop/pulse buttons and a PRG button for initial setup. Follow the on-screen prompts to set the door's open and close limits.

5.1 Hand Transmitter (HSE 4 BS)
The included HSE 4 BS hand transmitter operates on 868 MHz BiSecur technology. Press any of the 4 buttons to open or close the garage door. The transmitter has a structured black surface with chrome caps.
5.2 Conectividade Bluetooth
The opener features an integrated Bluetooth receiver (2.4 GHz), allowing control via a smartphone app. Refer to the app's instructions for pairing and operation.
5.3 Adjustable Functions
