Surface Planing (Jointer Function)
- Adjust the infeed table to the desired depth of cut (maximum 2 mm).

- Place the workpiece on the infeed table and push it smoothly and evenly across the cutter head and onto the outfeed table. Maintain constant pressure.
- Ensure the workpiece is fully supported throughout the cut.
Thickness Planing (Planer Function)
- Convert the machine to thickness planing mode by lifting the surface tables and securing them.
- Adjust the thickness table to the desired final thickness using the handwheel.

- Feed the workpiece into the thickness planer opening. The feed rollers will automatically pull the wood through.
- Collect the planed material from the outfeed side.
