Introdución

The Lutron Caseta PD-OSENS-WH Smart Motion Sensor is designed to provide automated lighting control within your Caseta smart home system. This wireless sensor can be configured as an occupancy or vacancy sensor to automatically turn lights, dimmers, switches, and fans on or off based on detected motion. To set up and pair your motion sensor with your Lutron Caseta system, follow these steps:

1. Download and install the Lutron Caseta app on your smartphone or tablet.

8. The sensor will be added to your system and linked to the lights in the selected room.

App Control and Settings Adjustment

• Lights & Fans to Include: Select which Caseta devices in the room the sensor will control.
• Active Hours: Define specific times when the sensor should be active (e.g., all day, only at night, or custom times).
• Auto-On Level: For dimmers, set the desired light level when the sensor automatically turns lights on.

Physical Settings Adjustment

The back of the sensor features three buttons for adjusting physical settings:

• Actividade: Set the motion sensing sensitivity (low, medium, or high).

Substitución da batería

The sensor uses one CR123A 3V battery, which has a typical life of 10 years. When the battery is low, the LED indicator on the sensor may blink, or you may receive a notification in the Lutron Caseta app. To replace the battery, remove the battery cover on the back, replace the old battery with a new CR123A 3V battery, and reattach the cover.

To clean the sensor, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spray directly onto the device.
