The Casio CDP-S150 is a compact digital piano designed to offer a grand piano sound and feel in a small space. It features an 88-key Scaled Hammer Action keyboard, 64-note polyphony, and 10 high-quality built-in tones. Upon unpacking your Casio CDP-S150, please ensure all the following items are present:

Configuración

1. Piano Placement

Place the digital piano on a stable, flat surface or a compatible keyboard stand. Ensure there is adequate space around the instrument for comfortable playing and access to connections.

2. Attaching the Music Rest

Insert the music rest into the designated slots on the top panel of the piano. Ensure it is securely in place to hold your sheet music or smart device.

Locate the sustain pedal jack on the rear panel of the piano. Insert the plug of the included sustain pedal firmly into this jack. The sustain pedal allows for expressive control over note decay.

Connect the included AC adaptor to the DC 12V jack on the rear panel of the piano. Plug the other end of the AC adaptor into a standard wall outlet. The power indicator LED will illuminate when the piano is powered on.

5. Connecting Headphones (Optional)

For private practice, connect standard stereo headphones to the PHONES/OUTPUT jack on the rear panel. This will mute the internal speakers.

6. USB MIDI Connection (Optional)

The CDP-S150 features Class Compliant USB MIDI. Connect a USB cable (Type B to Type A, not included) from the piano's USB port to your computer. This allows the piano to function as a MIDI controller for music software.

Operating the Piano

1. Acendido/apagado

Manteña premido o [PODER] button located on the left side of the top panel to turn the piano on or off. The power indicator LED will show the status.

2. Axuste do volume

Usa o [VOLUME] knob on the top panel to adjust the overall output volume of the piano. Turn clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.

3. Changing Tones

The CDP-S150 includes 10 built-in tones. To select a tone:

1. Limpeza

Wipe the piano's surface with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a cloth lightly dampened with water and a mild, neutral detergent, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes as they can damage the finish.

2. Almacenamento

When not in use, store the piano in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Covering the keyboard with a dust cover (not included) can help protect it from dust and debris.
