3. Configuración e instalación
Follow these steps to set up and install your ZUMIMALL security camera.
3.1 Configuración inicial
- Carga a cámara: Fully charge the camera using the provided charging cable before first use. The LED indicator will show charging status.
- Descarga a aplicación: Download the ZUMIMALL app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Rexistrar unha conta: Abre a aplicación e segue as instrucións en pantalla para rexistrar unha nova conta.
- Engadir dispositivo: Tap the '+' icon in the app to add a new device. Select your camera model.
- Conectar a wifi: Follow the app's instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Nota: a wifi de 5 GHz non é compatible. You may need to scan a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera.

3.2 Montaxe da cámara

- Colocación óptima: For best motion detection, install the camera on the side of the detection area, 2-3 meters (approximately 6.5-10 feet) above the ground.

6 Solución de problemas

6.1 Problemas de conectividade
- A cámara non se conecta á wifi:
- Asegúrate de que a túa rede wifi sexa de 2.4 GHz. A cámara non admite redes de 5 GHz.
- Check your Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location. Move the camera closer to the router if the signal is weak.
- Reinicia o teu enrutador e a cámara.
- Perform a factory reset on the camera using the reset button and re-add it to the app.
- Sinal wifi débil:
- Utilize the camera's dual external antennas for maximum signal strength.
- Consider using a Wi-Fi extender if the camera is far from your router.
