5. Configuración

1. Desembalaxe: Carefully remove the evaporative cooler and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Colocación: Place the unit on a firm, level surface in the desired room. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow (at least 20 cm from walls or furniture).
3. Encher o depósito de auga:
   • Locate the removable water tank at the bottom front of the unit.
   • Pull out the tank gently.
   • Fill the tank with clean, cool tap water. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line.

   • Slide the water tank back into the unit until it clicks securely into place.

6. Instrucións de funcionamento

The Cecotec EnergySilence 2000 Cool Tower Smart can be operated using either the touch control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control.

6.1. Control Panel / Remote Control Functions

• Botón de encendido (⏻): Prema para encender ou apagar a unidade.
• Botón de velocidade (≡): Cambia entre 3 velocidades do ventilador: Baixa, Media, Alta.
• Botón de modo (☼): Selects operating mode:
  • Normal: Fluxo de aire constante á velocidade seleccionada.
  • Durmir: Reduces fan speed and noise for quiet operation, ideal for nighttime.
  • Eco: Optimizes power consumption for energy efficiency.
• Botón de oscilación (↻): Activates or deactivates the 60-degree oscillation function, distributing air more widely.
• Botón do temporizador (⏱): Sets the auto-off timer in 1-hour increments, up to 8 hours. Each press adds 1 hour.
• Botón de refrixeración/humidificación (💧): Activates or deactivates the evaporative cooling function (water pump).

6.2. Funcionamento inicial

1. Ensure the water tank is filled and the unit is plugged in.
2. Press the Power button to turn on the unit. The LED display will show the ambient temperature.
3. Press the Cooling/Humidification button to activate the evaporative cooling function.
4. Axuste a velocidade do ventilador usando o botón Velocidade.
5. Select a mode (Normal, Sleep, Eco) using the Mode button.
6. Activate oscillation if desired using the Oscillation button.
7. Set the timer if you want the unit to turn off automatically after a set period.

7. Mantemento

Un mantemento regular garante un rendemento óptimo e prolonga a vida útil do seu arrefriador evaporativo.

• Limpeza do depósito de auga:
  • Desenchufe a unidade antes da limpeza.
  • Retire o depósito de auga e baleira a auga restante.
  • Limpa o depósito cun pano suave e un deterxente suave. Enxágüe ben con auga limpa.
  • Deixe que o tanque seque completamente ao aire antes de volvelo inserir.
  • Limpa o depósito de auga polo menos unha vez por semana, ou con máis frecuencia se o usas a diario.
• Limpeza do filtro de aire:
  • The air filter is located at the rear of the unit.
  • Retire suavemente o filtro.
  • Clean the filter with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris. If heavily soiled, rinse with water and mild detergent, then allow to dry completely before reinserting.
  • Clean the air filter every two weeks, or as needed.
• Limpeza exterior: Limpe o exterior da unidade cun suave, damp pano. Non use produtos de limpeza ou disolventes abrasivos.
• Almacenamento: Se garda a unidade durante un período prolongado, asegúrese de que o depósito de auga estea baleiro e limpo, e de que a unidade estea seca. Gárdea nun lugar fresco e seco.
