5. Instrucións de configuración

  1. Desembalar e colocar: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the main unit, customer display, and cash drawer in their desired locations on a stable counter.
  2. Conectar enerxía: Connect the power adapter to the main unit and plug it into a suitable power outlet.
  3. Conectar periféricos:
    • Ensure the customer-facing display is securely connected to the main unit.
    • Connect the cash drawer cable to the designated port on the main unit or integrated printer.
  4. Encendido: Press the power button on the main unit to turn on the system.
  5. Configuración inicial do software: Follow the on-screen prompts for initial setup, including network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and language selection.
  6. Merchant Account Activation: The Clover Station PRO requires a merchant processing account through Powering POS. Contact Powering POS to activate your account and configure your system for payment processing. The device cannot be used with a different processor.
  7. Load Printer Paper: Open the printer cover, insert a new roll of thermal receipt paper, and close the cover.

The Clover Station PRO is designed for intuitive operation. Here are general steps for common tasks:

  1. Processing Transactions:
    • Navigate to the "Register" or "Sales" application on the merchant display.
    • Select items from your menu or input custom amounts.
    • The customer-facing display will show the order details for confirmation.
    • Proceed to payment. Customers can use the customer display to confirm their order, add a tip, redeem rewards, and select payment methods.
    • Complete the transaction. The integrated printer will print a receipt, or a digital receipt can be sent.
  2. Managing Inventory and Menu:
    • Access the "Inventory" or "Items" application to add, edit, or remove products and services.
    • Organize items into categories for easy navigation during sales.
  3. Running Reports:
    • Use the "Reports" application to view sales data, transaction history, and other business analytics.
    • Reports can be customized by date range and other filters.
  4. Staff Management:
    • The system allows for creating and managing staff accounts with different access permissions.
