Familiarize yourself with the key physical features of your DOOGEE V10:

4. Configuración

4.1. Instalación da tarxeta SIM e da tarxeta MicroSD

1. Localiza a bandexa da tarxeta SIM no lateral do dispositivo.
2. Insira a ferramenta de expulsión da tarxeta SIM no pequeno orificio que hai xunto á bandexa para abrila.
3. Place your Nano-SIM cards (up to two) and/or a MicroSD card (up to 1TB) into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
4. Empurre con coidado a bandexa de volta no teléfono ata que quede aliñada coa carrocería do dispositivo.

4.2. Acendido e configuración iniciais

1. Mantén premido o botón de acendido/apagado ata que apareza o logotipo de DOOGEE.
2. Sigue as instrucións na pantalla para seleccionar o teu idioma, conectarte á wifi, configurar a túa conta de Google e configurar outros axustes iniciais.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

5.1. Navegación básica (Android 11)

The DOOGEE V10 runs on Android 11. Navigate using gestures or the traditional three-button navigation bar (configurable in Settings).

• Pasa o dedo cara arriba: Accede ao caixón da aplicación.
• Pase o dedo cara abaixo: Accede á configuración rápida e ás notificacións.
• Toca: Selecciona elementos.
• Prensa longa: Acceder a menús contextuais ou mover iconas.

5.2. Infrared Thermometer

The DOOGEE V10 features an infrared thermometer for quick temperature checks.

1. Open the dedicated Thermometer application.
2. Point the thermometer sensor (located on the rear of the phone, near the camera module) towards the forehead or object at a distance of 1-3 cm.
3. Tap the 'Measure' button on the screen.

5.3. Funcionamento da cámara

The V10 is equipped with a versatile camera system:

5.4. Batería e carga

The V10 is equipped with an 8500mAh large battery, supporting 33W fast charging and 10W wireless charging.

• Carga por cable: Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's port and the other end to the 33W power adapter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet.

6. Mantemento

The DOOGEE V10 is built to be rugged, with IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810G certifications. This means it is resistant to dust, water immersion, high-pressure water jets, and drops.

• Resistencia á auga: The device can be submerged in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposure to water. After water exposure, dry the device thoroughly before charging or opening any ports.

7 Solución de problemas

If you encounter issues with your DOOGEE V10, try the following steps:

• O dispositivo non responde: Mantén premido o botón de acendido/apagado durante uns 10-15 segundos para forzar un reinicio.
• Esgotando a batería rapidamente: Check background apps, reduce screen brightness, or disable unnecessary features like GPS or Wi-Fi when not in use.
• Problemas de rede: Ensure SIM card is correctly inserted. Try restarting the device or toggling Airplane Mode on/off.
• Fallos da aplicación: Borra a caché e os datos da aplicación problemática en Configuración > Aplicacións. Se o problema persiste, desinstálaa e volve instalala.
• Restablecemento de fábrica: As a last resort, if software issues persist, you can perform a factory reset via Settings > System > Reset options. Aviso: Isto borrará todos os datos do teu teléfono. Fai unha copia de seguridade dos datos importantes antes de continuar.
