Introdución

This user manual provides important information regarding the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Igloo Electric Countertop Ice Maker Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance and retain it for future reference.

The Igloo Electric Countertop Ice Maker is a compact and portable appliance designed to produce ice quickly and efficiently. It can produce up to 33 pounds of ice per day, with ice ready in as little as 7 minutes. The unit features an intuitive LED-lighted control panel, allowing you to select between small or large ice cube sizes and indicating when to add water or when the ice basket is full.

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury when using your ice maker, follow these basic safety precautions:

Configuración

2. Colocación: Place the unit on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation. Avoid placing near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
3. Limpeza inicial: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly.
4. Preparación para o primeiro uso: After cleaning, allow the unit to sit upright for at least one hour before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle.

Instrucións de funcionamento

1. Encendido: Conecte a máquina de xeo a unha toma de corrente con conexión a terra. Prema o botón ON/OFF button to turn on the unit. The "ON/OFF" indicator light will illuminate.
2. Selecciona o tamaño do xeo: Preme o SELECCIONAR botón para escoller o tamaño de cubo de xeo desexado:
   • PEQUENAS: For smaller, quicker-forming ice cubes.
   • GRANDE: For larger, more solid ice cubes.
   The corresponding LED indicator ("SMALL" or "LARGE") will light up.
3. Produción de xeo: The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice may take slightly longer (around 7-15 minutes) to form. Subsequent batches will be produced more quickly.
4. Colección de xeo: As ice cubes are produced, they will drop into the removable ice basket.
5. Indicador "XEO CHEO": When the ice basket is full, the "ICE FULL" indicator light will illuminate, and the ice maker will automatically pause production. Remove ice from the basket to resume operation.
6. Indicador "ENGADIR AUGA": If the water level in the reservoir is too low, the "ADD WATER" indicator light will illuminate, and the ice maker will pause. Add more water to the reservoir to resume operation.
7. Apagado: Para apagar a unidade, prema ON/OFF botón.

Mantemento e Limpeza

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your ice maker and ensure optimal performance.

1. Limpeza diaria:
   • Desenchufe a unidade antes da limpeza.

   • Escorrer calquera auga restante do depósito.
   • Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent.

   • Prepare a solution of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a dedicated ice maker cleaning solution.

   • Run a few ice-making cycles with this solution (do not consume this ice).
   • Drain the solution completely and rinse the reservoir multiple times with fresh water to remove any residue.
   • Wipe down all accessible parts.
3. Almacenamento: If storing the ice maker for an extended period, ensure it is completely dry to prevent mold or mildew growth. Store in a cool, dry place.
